Mission to Mars We are hugely impressed with the fantastic designs, models and projects that were completed both at home and in school during Mission to Mars Week. There was a fantastic standard of work produced across the school and it was a really difficult task to choose our winners. After much deliberation, we chose the following children whose work was out of this world
In-school KS1 Winner: Lucy , 2ES In-school KS2 Winner: Sophie , 6RD

World Book Day: Story Jar Competition
It is World Book Day on Thursday 4th March and we would for love you and your families to join us in celebrating by taking part in our Book Day competition. We would like your child to create a ‘Story Jar’. The challenge is to decorate a jar so that it represents a favourite book. We encourage children to be as creative and imaginative as they like! This competition will be completed at home and is open to all of pupils and families, regardless of whether they are remote learners or attending school. There will be a KS1 and KS2 winner.

When your child’s entry is complete, please post a photograph of their story jar in their online Google Classroom or to the learning platform used by your child’s year group (Dojo, Tapestry), with your child’s first name and class, or they can bring a photograph of their finished story jar to school on Monday. The winners will be announced early next week. We can’t wait to see your entries! Good luck!
