Some of our Junior children have established a link with a school in South Korea. The Global Neighbours club have shared information about our school in a short film and have enjoyed learning about life in a school in South Korea. We hope you enjoy them too. We will continue with this link throughout the year and will post further items in due course. Next we are looking forward to trying traditional Korean food.
A selection of our Year 1 children took part in a Mini Tennis afternoon at Temple Park this week.
Great fun was had by all! Here are a few pictures from the event.
Well done to Miss Anderson’s class, who this morning performed a very entertaining and informative assembly presenting their work about The Tudors.
Here are a few photos from this morning.
A huge thank you for once again helping us to support Children In Need 2019!
As a school we had a special class assembly, cake sales, special themed lunch items and much, much more! We will reveal the grand total we raised in our next newsletter.
Here are a few pictures from our day!
Thank you so much to everyone who supported our very first book swap. The quality of the books was beautiful and the range of genres was extensive to say the least. There was certainly something for everyone! We hope the children enjoyed the chance to choose some new reading material and have a lovely time reading their new books over half term.
If you are looking for activities to keep them busy and active during half term, then this is a perfect opportunity for you!
Also, we’re offering a FREE place and some free prizes via the link here for those using Facebook… https://www.facebook.com/Start2finishSports
Kind regards,
Chris Warnock
