International Party!

21st December 2022Miss A Marshall

To celebrate the World Cup, the children were invited to do some research about a country that was taking part. The children have produced some fabulous posters and PowerPoint presentations which are displayed along the corridor in school.

Some children were then chosen to attend an International Party where they sampled different foods from around the world. German pretzels, polish sausage and wasabi peas from Japan were some of the favourites. Not forgetting the escargot (snails) from France. An excellent time was had by all!

6th December 2022Mr Bennett

Well done to all of the pupils who entered the Science Bioartattack competition! Their entries have been submitted on the RSB website and you can see all of their fantastic designs here. Thank you for the huge amount of effort and support from home in completing them. After much deliberation, Thea was chosen as the school winner for her excellent design ‘We Want the Alive Half, Not the Dead’ (to show what happens when trees are cut down and habitats are destroyed).
