Fifteen lucky boys and girls in Year 4 taking part in fun athletics activities during their lunchtime. The children have games arranged for them by our school Change 4 Life Champions.
Year 1 are currently taking part in athletics sessions ran by Start 2 Finish. All our children from Reception through to Year 6 have the opportunity to take part. The lessons are ran on a lunchtime as part of the school’s comprehensive physical activity programme.
Year 5 having a great time playing Tag Rugby. All our classes are currently being coached in this sport and the children have been thoroughly enjoying the sessions

Over 140 children attended our first ever movie night after school to watch the classic film, The Wizard of Oz.
Our older children are all very excited to start rehearsals for our summer musical, there was some beautiful singing from the audience today!
Popcorn, juice, a classic film… a great way to start a bank holiday weekend!
Premier Sport recently trained forty two of our Y4 children in how to run this initiative. The scheme aims to allow all of our KS2 children the opportunity to walk/run a mile a day. Our Y4 boys and girls will have the responsibility of making sure that ‘golden Mile’ is a big success.
1GB took part in lots of mini golf activities, alongside some other KS1 children from different schools. The competition was hosted by Mortimer Community College and despite the wind, they all had lots of fun!
Some of our reception children had a fantastic time visiting Cleadon Park Library this morning.
RGB had a fantastic morning mastering and fine tuning some very tricky gymnastic skills at Temple Park this morning! Great work from everyone.
